No Show/Late Fee

Our goal at Radiant Wellness Infrared Studios is not to penalize our valued customers. However, it is extremely important to operate timely and efficiently to best service all customers.

In the event that you do not show up for a scheduled session, a $20 fee will be assessed to "monthly membership" holders or a loss of a session to "session" package customers.

If you arrive late, you will be allowed to use the remaining time on your session. If not, this will still be charged as a no show or completed session.

Cancellation Policy - monthly memberships

We require a 21 day advanced notice prior to your billing date. You must complete a cancellation form to stop monthly billing.

Food is NOT allowed in the sauna suites.

Shoes are NOT to be worn in saunas except for Hot Cycling sauna.

Towels must be used on benches and floors.

Please shut glass door in saunas gently.

Cancellation Policy - scheduled sessions

Sessions must be cancelled 12 hours prior to your scheduled session to avoid a cancellation fee for memberships or loss of session.

We understand things happen, if you’re running late or looking to reschedule for the same day please call us at the studio and we will do our best to accommodate your request
